Introducing our 2024-2025 Outreach Committee

A new outreach committee is being formed at Valley View and will be organizing periodic donation drives throughout the year of particular items of great need (an example is a jacket drive in the Fall collecting jackets for students in need to prepare for the colder winter months) 

It’s a seemingly small but very significant and important opportunity for our Valley View community to support one other through giving, so as you clean out your closets this summer we ask that you keep the following needs in mind for our first donation drive, which will take place early on in the next school year. 

We will be collecting items for our fifth graders who will be attending outdoor ed and are in need of the following essentials for that trip: sleeping bags, pillows, flip flops, swimsuits, and hiking shoes or boots. 

More information to come on the specific dates and locations of those collections and drop offs, but feel free to email with any questions or if you are interested in being a volunteer and helping out with this committee or these donation drives.
