Our Mission

 The mission of the California State PTA is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by representing our members and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership and communication.

Valley View PTA Needs YOU for 2025-26! 

Ready to make a real impact at your child's school? We're looking for passionate parents to join our PTA Board in three key leadership roles:

 President
Lead the board, run meetings, and serve as the official voice of our PTA. You'll connect families, school, and community to champion student success every day.

 Executive Vice President
Be the president's right hand! Help drive our goals forward, assist with leadership decisions, and step in when the president is unavailable.

 VP of Activities
Bring the fun! Oversee our biggest fundraisers (Fun Run, Teacher Auction, PNO, restaurant nights, Book Fairs, Spirit Wear) and coordinate chairs for beloved events like Fall Festival and Multicultural Fair.

Time commitment: One monthly board meeting (1.5-2 hours) + five one-hour association meetings per year. Term begins July 1st. Many board members work full-time—you can absolutely make this work!
