Updates from the Fundraising VP

Dear Valley View Parents,

Our annual Multicultural Fair is quickly approaching (May 29th). We are happy to announce that we will be combining our annual auction within the MCF celebrations. Classes are busy working on fabulous art projects and grand themed baskets for you to bid on. Teachers have compiled an extensive list of fun activities to be auctioned off as well. All the bidding will be done online. Please keep the following dates in mind:

May 21: OPEN HOUSE - We will be showcasing all the artworks and baskets in the school library. This is the perfect opportunity to come in and preview what we have to offer. The library will be open from 5:30-7:30. The Online bidding will open at 5 p.m and will remain open until May 29th at midnight.

May 29: MULTICULTURAL FAIR - We will have a room reserved right next to the festivities so that you can once again preview the items. We will also provide computers that can be used to bid. The auction will be open until 12 midnight so you can go home and keep bidding for the items you really want. Winners will be announced the following week.
