An opportunity for parents to get hands-on experience!

November 5th 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Alisal Elementary School multi-purpose room (1454 Santa Rita Rd.)

Elementary Focus: How To Support Your Child in Common Core Math at Home, including an overview of the instructional models in mathematics

November 12th 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Hart Middle School multi-purpose room (4433 Willow Rd.)

Secondary Focus: How Does Common Core Prepare Students for College, including the instructional practices that are supporting student success in 21st century College and Career Readiness.

These meetings will be facilitated by the Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) and will be interactive. We encourage you to bring laptops or other devices. Chromebooks will also be available. We look forward to sharing more information about Common Core math.
