Are you and your son interested in learning more about Cub Scouts? You are invited to Valley View’s Pack 948 Ice Cream Social where prospective scouts and their parents can get a taste of what scouting has to offer. Cub Scouts is a yearlong program where your son will be exposed to lots of new opportunities that will provide challenge and education via fun, age appropriate activities. Your son many want to join Cub Scouts because he wants to wear a cool uniform and have fun. You may want your son involved in Cub Scouts because it instills ideals, strengthens the family and helps boys develop interests, skills and confidence. Either way, come join us on Tues, Sept 2nd at 7pm in the Valley View MPR to learn more. The Pack will provide ice cream and fun games.

Over the course of the year in Scouts, your son will complete a broad range of requirements and participate in great activities like Pinewood Derby, Capture the Flag, Cake Bake and Auction, Camping, Den field trips, Service Projects and more. We invite you to come and learn about all the great things Scouting has to offer and meet the many families that are part of Pack 948. For questions about Cub Scouts or this event, please contact Daniel Jay, Cub Master or Megan Gates, Recruitment Coordinator. Click HERE to read more about Scouting.
